1st American Workshop on Ellipsometry

February 28 – March 3, 2027, in Lincoln, NE

Industry Exhibition

On Monday and Tuesday, March 1–2, 2027, AWE-1 will feature a simultaneous Industry Exhibition showcasing the latest equipment developments in ellipsometry, polarimetry, and related techniques that utilize polarized light to characterize bulk materials, thin films, surfaces, interfaces, and nanostructures under both static and dynamic conditions.  Novelties may cover instrumentation and data analysis concepts, as well as applications across physics, chemistry, materials science, life sciences, engineering, and metrology.

The Industry Exhibition will be set up in the Banquet Hall of the Conference Center on the Nebraska Innovation Campus—directly adjacent to the Auditorium where Oral Sessions are held, and in the same space where Coffee Breaks and Lunches are served and where the Poster Session takes place.  This naturally overlapping setting ensures steady attendee traffic throughout all exhibit hours.

As a first-time event, we have planned for generous exhibit space in relation to the anticipated attendance.  Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

All booths include standard electrical outlets, Wi-Fi, and nearby waste disposal.
